Two Homes:
Main House: Sleeps 8, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms. Main level primary bedroom with king bed and private bath, upstairs Bedroom 2 has the option of 2 XLTwins or converted king, Bedroom 3 has 4 XLTwins. There is a shared bath with shower upstairs and additional half bath main floor.
Carriage House: Sleeps 4, Upstairs loft bedroom with King or 2 XLTwins, Living room has queen sofa bed. Bath with shower main level.

Pavilion with wood fire pit, seating and gas grills
Catering Oriented Kitchen
Entire Private Property, Large Lawn, Private Dock on Kenai River
Events allowed with prior permission.
